“I chose gastroenterology because of the multifaceted nature of this subspecialty—from the management of acute problems such as gastrointestinal bleeding or bile duct stones or strictures to the management of chronic conditions such as chronic liver disease and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. And no matter the issue, I endeavor to treat each patient as I would want my own family member to be treated.”
